Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.
- Products showing signs of damage, use, washing, alteration, stains, or missing tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product for verification before the return or exchange is approved.
- QEQGO reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions.
Refund Policy
Refunds can be processed within 3 days of delivery only if the product is unused and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at qeqgoindia@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product.
